Financial Policy
Payment for services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child the very best care. Any amount not covered by your dental plan, deductibles, or co-insurance will be collected at the time of service. You will be responsible for any additional balances after we receive your insurance payment.

We also offer financing through Care Credit. This, however, requires approval from an outside agency and minimal monthly payments. Our treatment coordinator will work out a plan suited for your individual needs.
over 90 days will be turned over to a collection agency; in this event, you will be responsible for all collection and
legal fees. If a check is returned for insufficient funds, there will be a $25 check return fee and from this point on
checks will not be accepted.A missed appointment charge of $25 might be applied to your account if less than
24-hours notice is given.
